Customers During a Trip

During the trip customers are responsible for the following:

1. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in our sedans and SUVs - vehicles without divider. This is an Illinois law.
2. No smoking is allowed in the cars. All vehicles are smoking free.
3. Orderly conduct during the trip.
For your safety and in order for our chauffers to provide the best service for you please follow our policy.
4. Keep the car clean.
For excessive littering, spilling by children & adults or other accidents in our cars during the trip we reserve the right to charge extra for cleaning.
5. Damage to the car.
For any damage to the interior or exterior of the car during the trip customers are financially responsible and will be charged for the repair.

Gratuity

Our rates do NOT include gratuity. 20% gratuity is expected for good service.

Tax

Our rates do NOT include tax. 10% tax is added to the total when paid with a credit card.

Mileage Rates

For long distance trips and Point-To-Point trips where our flat rates do not apply, charges per mile apply as follows:

$3.50 per mile one way or $3.00 per mile round-trip plus discounted per hour charter rate while waiting.

Multiple Stops

All additional stops, that add no more than 3 miles to the total length of the trip, will be charged at $20 each. Stops that add more than 3 miles are subject to special quote.

Additional $20 charge applies between 11pm and 5am.

MPEA Tax

In 1993 Chicago Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority enacted $2 Airport pick up tax for all livery and taxi picking up customers at O'Hare or Midway Airports.
City of Chicago doubled the MPEA and O'Hare/Midway Airport pick up tax is now $4 since September 1st 2010.

$4 Airport pick up tax is added to the applicable rate for ALL pick ups at O'Hare or Midway Airports.

Luggage Handling and Excessive Luggage

Our chauffeurs are only authorized to carry any luggage to/from the exterior front door and the vehicle. For excessive luggage (does not fit in the trunk of the requested vehicle) there is an extra charge.

Lost Items

At the end of the trip clients should get all luggage and personal items from the car before they leave.

We will try to find the items and give/send them back to the clients but we are NOT responsible for anything left in the car after the trip is over.

Pets

Pets -- inform us in advance. Extra charge applies.

Additional Passengers

$5.00 per person charge is added for the second and third passengers.

Special/Sport Events

Charter
All concerts and sporting events, except when only pick up or drop off is requested, must be continuous charters.

Special Cases
For charter trips when the distance is more than 25 miles the Rate is as follows:
1. Charter hourly rate based on the car
Plus
2. $1/mile additional charge applies for each additional mile

Pick-up or Drop-off Only
When only a pick up or drop off is requested and there is traffic at the venue, an additional charge of $20 will apply. Waiting time policy still applies for these events: We allow 10 minutes free waiting time after the scheduled pick up time and the applicable charter rate is charged after that.

Waiting Time for Pick-Up and Drop-Off

Trips that do NOT originate from O'Hare or Midway:
The first 10 minutes are free. Between 10 and 30 minutes there is a waiting time charge applicable which is 1/2 hour charter rate (based on the type of car). Past 30 minutes, there is a full hour charge.

Trips that originate from O'Hare or Midway airports:
There is a grace period of 30 minutes waiting time from the reported arrival time of the flight. After that the applicable charter rate is charged based on the requested vehicle.

Gate Meets

Per your request for additional charge of $30 our expert chauffeurs can meet guests at the baggage claim with a sign and escort them to the limo.

Holiday Rates

$20.00 over regular rate applicable for all trips from/to city and suburbs on:
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve after 6pm and Christmas Day, New Years Day, New Years Eve after 6pm, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Trip Cancellation

For special/sport events, weddings, proms and all charter reservations:
Cancellation of reservations must be made 72hrs in advance.

For all pick-up and drop-off reservations:
Cancellation must be made at least 3 hrs in advance of pick up time (before driver is dispatched for pick up).

Full charges apply for reservations that have not been canceled.
